We are looking for a candidate to create easy-to-understand user content and product documentation to increase product clarity, performance, and usability in this position. A strong knowledge base and the ability to work cooperatively with other teams are a must.
Responsibilities
- Draft technical articles on a variety of topics.
- Support other team members in reviewing their articles and improve on them.
- Work with internal teams to create product documentation.- Create strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals.
- Write straightforward user tutorials and interface text.- Utilize a variety of media forms; include images and charts.
- Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary.
- Knowledge in Jira-Confluence Collabration Tool
Skills
- Excellent overall writing skills in different writing styles and tones.
- Impeccable spelling and grammar.
- A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online.
- High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
- Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices.
- Some experience with online marketing and lead generation is a plus.
Salary:
₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
